Spin City, fact, is Officially The Best Sitcom Ever. Michael J. Fox is a genius, and the whole cast, from Mayor Winston on down to Paul the Weasel, was just perfect. Michael J Fox gets more laughs with a single one of his eyebrows than the whole of the cast of Friends for all 9 seasons. And the Michael-Connie will-they-won't-they romance is also the best ever on-screen will-they-won't-they romance, too.
