public library

i am currently, as we speak, surfing the interweb in southend on sea public library. don't we live in a great country when you can go to your local library and if you don't fancy getting out a book or two that you can take home to where you live, you can surf the interweb for free? i have 42 minutes left in this session but presumably i can log on at another desk if there is one free. i will have to test this out. or ask someone.
