Dancing at the last chip saloon

Had fish and chips and ginger beer for lunch, on the basis that it might be the last time. I'm back to the docotors on Tuesday, for the results of the blood test, and the likelihood is that she'll tell me my cholesterol is high. Not because my diet is so bad, I'm not Scottish, but because it would be Just My Luck.

I've been losing weight, slowly, and had actually lost 2.5kg according to the health centre scales, last time I was there, but in the future it is bound to turn out that drinking ginger beer gives you high cholesterol.
